Procedural Damage Process for Floor Tiles n' Bricks

Personal Training Project. I've created a procedural damage process with Substance Designer: Suitable for tiling floor tiles and brick tiling textures. It contains the following features:
-Chipped Damaged Edges
-Height difference between Concrete and Ceramic Floor Tiles
-Edge Weathering
-Overall rich tonal variation
-100% Procedurally created with Substance Designer
