Production Trim Sheets & Environment Art

Production tileable trim sheets that I did for the MMO game called Entropia Universe.

For creating these textures I used a combination of Substance Painter and Photoshop.
All the Normal Map information of these maps was created pretty much with Photoshop, using heightmap techniques and
painting some of the details manually with brushes.
It is a more artistic and "hand crafted" process that I love to do because it brings maximum pixel accuracy.

I established a rule for the pixel ratio/density: 2048x2048 pixels every 6 meters, and It worked quite well.

With all these 3 tileable trim sheets I was able to texturize huge extensions of wall, ceilings and floor sections for sci-fi indoor environments. I took full ownership of the Reception, Arena and Indoor corridors for the C1 Labs; producing the following tasks:
Area modeling, UV mapping, Texturing, Decals, Set-Dressing, Lighting & Colliders.

In terms of lighting, I was very constrained by only using Point Lights, SSAO and Dynamic Diffuse Lighting but no Global Illumination neither Indirect Lighting. Despite all these caviats, we were able to achieve a very consistent quality.
